[Plugin: SW Video SiteMap] Question about video sitemap

How do your video sitemap work? I mean, I was planning to make a video sitemap manually. I can still do it unless this plugin can help. I’m confused about the description saying it generates a sitemap for a given category. What does that means? What tags doe the video sitemap generate? Ratings tag? player location tag? video location tag? How does sitemap work because the instructions make it sound complicated, and you unfortunately posted no screen shots. I’m not trying to be rude, but the descriptions did not do a great explaining the plugin. That’s why I’m asking you now.
