   i'd like the 3rd button line not only in tinyMCE visual mode but in HTML view also.

   Working on it...

   The HTML view is more intended for using shortcodes. I'm running into difficulties when trying to implement a drop-down list.

   Gimme a few days, and I'll see what I can do.
