   I installed v2.1.5 onto the main blog of a new multisite I am building and it slowed down the backend response times considerably. Once the plugin was deactivated, normal response times returned.

   I agree, I just uninstalled it for the very same reason. Great system though. I really wish I could have used it.

   Yes, I also agree this plugin slows the entire site down.
   Plugin has been removed, this plugin looks very promising. I hope that the authors are able to devote a little more time making this plugin a little more stable and user friendly. Still looks as though, you can not allow non-admins to be support center users, which is a big bummer.

   Yes, it is still incredibly slow.

   Can you disable how often it is attempting to fetch mail?

   This looks very promising but is incredibly slow (vps, intel quad core, 4gb of ram, centos).
