   when someone opens a ticket they recieve an email from WordPress@domain.com

   where can I specify the sending email?

   Hi toastmmm

   I m using WP 2.9.2 and found one plugin in http://www.samburdge.co.uk/wordpress/wordpress-change-default-email-address-plugin - works fine !

   Before upload to your server just edit two lines in the unique php (see a note inside the file 'Configure it'.

   I think is good because you dont need edit all the time the WP files class-phpmailer.php and class-smtp.php when make updates.

   But that still only works for an overall email address. What if you have more than one admins/Authors running your website? I'd like to send the outbound mail to a specific person.
