Plugin suggestion for "Find an Instructor"

Easiest way to explain is just to show it.
Found this feature on this one site RKC Instructors

Scroll down to “Find an RKC Instructor”
There is a search field that will display Instructors and each instructor has their own page and, most importantly, reviews from people.

I’ve been kinda searching around for vague plugin ideas but am not having any luck.

Any suggestions?
