HI, I am trying to get the plugin working.
I have configured as instructed (I think), created my Subscribe Page, assigned the Page in the plugin settings and enabled the widget.

If I enter an email address in the widget, I get directed to the Subscribe page only to see the error: “Sorry, there seems to be an error on the server. Please try again later.”

During troubleshooting early on, the Admin email address received 4 emails, but no more.

If I enable the Ajax form, I get an Ajax popup that has the error message, but behind it I see “A confirmation email is on it’s way” but is never received.

    The blog is http://blog.expert-links.com

It is hosted on a company webserver and can send emails as we have been trying to find the right plugin to use for our site.

What type of error logs should I have tech support look for?

Any help or direction you can provide is greatly appreciated!

    Thank you,

    Brian

  • @brian,

They need to look at the web server logs (apache) and email logs. It seems that for some reason the emails generated by the plugin are being rejected by the server somewhere and are reporting failure which is then being relayed through the plugin with that message.
