   Hi,

   I have been using Subscribe2 since 3 months ago, and all is OK. But since two weeks ago (more or less) I am not able to access to "Subscribers admin page".

   All admin pages are ok (your subscriptions, settings, send email) except the "Subscribers" admin page.

   Everytime I click on "Subscribers" a blank screen comes. No errors, no text, no server error, ... simply "nothing".

   I have removed and reinstalled the plugin but the error comes again.

   Can someone help me, please?

   @jlherranz,

   Your English is just fine, don't apologise :)

   The fix you need is ready for the next version but if you want that code now update to the development code. Access that here:

   The new development code worked for me too!
   I had to deactivate and delete the existing plugin and as a result I lost my public subscribers but fortunately I copied them down first and reentered them after the installation. How would I avoid loosing data in future?

   @erlewilliams,

   To avoid data loss like this in future make sure to not delete the plugin files using the WordPress plugin page. This not only erases the files but also executes an uninstall script that removes all of the database information.

   Instead, use FTP software like the free FileZilla to remove and update the files.
