[Plugin: Subscribe2] Manually subscribe new users doesn't use default html/plaintext settings

    My default settings are to use full-html in subscribe2, by adding a new subscriber manually in the ‘subscribers’ section it doesn’t receive emails as html.

    There’s also not possible to edit this user’s preferences (to choice between html/text) so i can’t know to what is set.

    That’s exactly what I would expect to happen. By using that section to add your subscribers you are adding them as Public Subscribers. This type has no control over the type of email notification they receive; they get plain text excerpt (unless you have purchased the Subscribe2 HTML code in which case they get HTML full content).
