   Have been getting notifications consistently when using WP 3.0.3 - upgraded to 3.0.5 and now I'm paying the price.

   I figured out my own issue. When I updated WP or the plugin the subscribers where all set to a "!" status. I selected them all and confirmed all the subscribers and my latest post was sent successfully.
