  • @caciahans,

    Can I have some version numbers please – which WordPress and Subscribe2 versions? I’m not seeing the same thing.

    Is this still happening with all of your other plugins disabled and only Subscribe2 active?

    You’re not using the legacy standalone Subscribe2 widget are you?

    I have updated WordPress and the Subscribe2 plugin to the most current versions.

    I do not have this problem when I disable all but this widget.

    No, I’m not using the stand alone widget – the email subscription works perfect. It’s just that I keep getting the circle that never “Saves” a widget when this plugin is active.

    @caciahans,

    So, if I’m reading your comments correctly:

    – This issue is not present with all plugins enabled except for Subscribe2
    – This issue is not present with all plugins disabled except for Subscribe2

    That points very much towards a plugin conflict and almost certainly to another plugin that inserts code into the Widgets page, either by design (i.e. it creates a widget) or by sub-optimal coding (i.e. it injects code into all admin pages, even those where the code is not needed).

    The only way to get to the source is to have all plugins disabled other than Subscribe2 then reactivate one at a time and recheck until it breaks. Then try just Subscribe2 and the most recent plugin together and see if the issue remains.
