   When setting the Subject line to {BLOGNAME}{TITLE}, if the blogname has an apostrophe (It's), the email has the HTML entity number of ' instead of the apostrophe in the email title.

   @WebEndev,

   I have applied a fix to the development code. If you want download it and try it out to see if that's fixed it.

   Is this issue also corrected in the development code? I have Subscribe2 on a live site and don't want to lose that change if I apply this dev code...

   Yes, there is a fix for that in the code too.
