   Hey there,

   I´m on WP 3.3.2 (Twentyten Child Theme) and I have the latest
   version of the plugin installed to.

   Everything that could go in the way of the plugin itself is the G.A.S.P
   plugin but I doubt that this is the fault.

   Subscribtions work fine so far but the most important thing does not work... The Opt In confirmation email that should be sent to the user.

   We need this in Europe due to privacy law.

   Any ideas?

   I have the same problem. The first time it worked. Then, I deleted the only subscription (as a subscriber) and now, any further double check emails are not sent to new potential subscribers (different email addresses and I deleted all cookies before testing as a different user). Even for the old subscriber, things were screwed up/unmanageable.

   The same here. I tried to change from the old plugin "Gurken subscribe to comments" to this one. But the Double-Opt-In doesn't work. I carry on using the old plugin.
