[Plugin: Subscribe / Connect / Follow Widget] What does this Widget DO ?

    The name says “Subscribe / Connect / Follow”. But exactly what does this thing do?

    If I click on the “reddit” icon, for example, …. I suppose that it does none of “Subscribe / Connect / Follow”, but instead it *shares* the relevant blog post onto reddit. Is that right?

    WordPress.com has a “Follow this Blog” widget, which allows people to enter their email addy and get notified when any new post is made.

    Does this widget do that?

    Maybe, in the description of this widget, you could explain in more detail some of scenarios where it would be used. And specifically address the “Follow” question – is it like the WordPress.com feature or not?
