   Can support for MPEG1 video + MP2 audio (old VCD codes) be easily implemented? We'd like to support legacy hardware and connections with a fallback low-bitrate highly-compatible, low-resource stream at the expense of quality.

   You have to encode using FLV files, read the FAQs before posting here
