   The current link says "another quote »" would like to change to maybe say "get a new quote" Can't find the setting for this.

   It is on the settings page of Stray Random Quotes, the "AJAX settings" area where it says "the ajax loader". It can also be changed on a per-widget per-tag per-shortcode basis. See the help page included in the plugin menu.
