Plugin still actively supported?

the plugin is quite outdated considering last update and compat version.
1. Could the author please leave a note if this is still being maintained, 2. the links on the very bottom of the desc page are broken (http://bt.ecw.de/view.php?id=4)
3. I have changed core code to support multiple roles (untested in practice and display in profile missing) – where can I provide it later?thx
