   This plugin is awesome, but it only works on regular Posts (and its related pages - such as Archives, Category pages, etc), and not on static Pages or Custom Posts, even when included in a site-wide template like sidebar.php. Please help. (Comments seem to be disabled on the plugin website, or I would have commented there)

   I'm having the same problem. I looked at the plugin code to see if I could find somewhere I could activate this option, but I had no luck.

   Also as a sidenote, I tried going to the http://cd-ad-sponsor.com on the comments section of the developer's site, and I got this message:

   You Are Banned for SPAM.
   
   Your IP ***.**.***.*** has been reported for abuse.

   I have no idea why, but I can't even report this issue there.

   @AntaresMHD: send me your IP (info <@> cd-ad-sponsor.com) and I will remove it from the blacklist.

   See this post to add sponsor ads to pages, http://cd-ad-sponsor.com/support/bug-reports/default-banner-showing-on-new-pages/

   You can use this quick-fix until I can release 2.0.

   I didn't send you the IP, but it seems to be fixed anyway, I was able to go to the site and see the places where I had to make the edits.
