   Thank you for creating and sharing this plugin! Just one issue - the email results are non-formatted html.

   Hi Jamie, thanks for having a look at the plugin. What email client are you using that gives unformatted HTML?

   Because it's supposed to be able to tell whether your email browser is wanting to view HTML or plain text and show the appropriate version. It works in Squirrelmail, which is the plain text web client I have been using to text the plain text version. And for HTML capable clients like Roundcube, Horde, Gmail, Yahoo, the HTML version seems to be working fine.

   Hi, thanks for looking at this issue. I am using Google Apps with Chrome. I just tried it in Firefox as well and no joy.

   Maybe I could make an option below the email field that allows the user to choose between HTML and Plain Text?

   So you are using Gmail within the Google Apps environment and it's not showing the HTML, but rather just the code?

   I think that the option would be great!

   Yup - Gmail within the Google Apps. I receive html mail messages daily with no issues - I don't think the issue is with web mail.

   I'm working the HTML/Plain Text option into my next update. I'm also going to be adding a field for "Name", since someone else pointed out I forgot that crucial field!

   Not sure why it'd be showing up twice; did you place the shortcode into your page/post twice?
