    I think there’s a conflict with some other plugin.
    You should activate the wordpress debug mode and check what errors come up.

    to do so, open the file wp-config.php located at the top of your wordpress root.
    Then set the WP_DEBUG_MODE to ‘TRUE’ and report.

    Remember to restore it to false as you’ve taken note of the errors.
