[Plugin: SoundCloud Is Gold] Remove the 'Insert Soundcloud Player' button from Editor

Hi,

Can we get an option to remove the orange ‘Insert Soundcloud Player’ button from the editor? Don’t need it, don’t want it. I’m perfectly happy writing my shortcodes by hand.
