Hello I just installed this plugin and noticed that (on wordpress version 3.1.2) This plugin disables the toolbar when viewing in Visual Mode. In HTML mode the toolbar is there, but there is no sorenson button.
When the plugin is disabled, the toolbar returns.

There is a bug in the editor_plugin.js file.
Open up /wp-content/plugins/sorenson-360/resources/tinymce3/editor_plugin.js
Comment out the third line by adding two forward slashes at the beginning of the line
(function() {
// Load plugin specific language pack
// tinymce.PluginManager.requireLangPack('sorenson360');
Refresh your browser.
Looks like the problem is with the language pack which does not exist. Actually, the file is there under langs/en.js but upon careful inspection you will see that it is an incorrect language pack.
