   When I disabled the plugin it did not delete the Stop SOPA menu page it created.

   Try removing the plug-in via FTP.

   And if it actually created a real page, just move it to the trash.

   that didn't work and the page isn't located in pages or menus in wordpress

   Do you have a link to your site so we can see what you mean? If the page isn't showing up in your "Pages" list or in your menus, I'm not sure how it would be showing up on your site unless you're viewing a cached version of your site.

   I got it! When I disabled the plugin it moved the page to my trash and I had to empty it. Thank you!
