   Using Weaver everything is working on every page. But on the SmallBiz theme from Expand2Web nither the top button bar not the bottom prompt box appear. And on the blog page {not so on individual blog pages) the top button bar appears but not the bottom prompt box. Any ideas as to why this is happening?
