I don't fully understand all the options in this plugin yet, so I may have just missed it, but I can't find an option to subscribe for updates via e-mail. Is that in here somewhere?

Apparently that question was not understood, so let me try again:
I would like to provide a way for readers to follow/receive updates by e-mail. Is that an option in this plugin? It has a lot of settings, so I'm not sure if it's not possible or if I just haven't found it.
