   I had some posts scheduled for the next couple of days before installing Social. When I went into edit post window for them I saw the Social Broadcasting option was set to "no" so I updated it to use and it brought me to a window where it asked if I wanted to schedule the post for social broadcasting.

   I think I hit the "Schedule" button, thinking that this was just going to post the post to my connected Twitter account when the post was actually scheduled. Instead, it immediately posted the post to Twitter (I have not connected to Facebook as I use a Facebook "fan" page and that functionality to post to that is not yet in the plugin). I thought by having the Twitter account connected through the plug-in, it was just going to post the post when the scheduled time arrived and send it along to Twitter.

   Is there a way to coordinate scheduled posts so that Social sends the post to Twitter when the scheduled post is actually scheduled to be published? If the Social Broadcasting is set to "no" by default does that mean that posts by default are not broadcast to the connected accounts?

   Thank you for any clarification - looks like a great plugin concept.

   I, too, just stumbled into this issue. I wrote a post that I scheduled to go out tomorrow morning. When I hit the "Schedule" button on the post edit screen, I saw the page where I was prompted to post the entry to Twitter. When I submitted that page, though, the tweet was immediately sent and I had to go in to make the post publish immediately.

   I think this is a bug, or at best a side effect that should be prominently noted in the documentation.

   It's a bug, will be fixed in the next release.

   What of the Fan Page issue? Would really love to use this plugin, but we use Fan Pages, not personal profiles.

   Beta 2 of Social 2.0 is available for testing, in our testing it works as expected with scheduled posts. It also includes Facebook Page support:

   So far, so good. I just queued up a post to go out tomorrow morning, and the notification to Twitter did not go out as it has in the past. Hopefully the Twitter notification will go out tomorrow at the scheduled time.
