Hi There,
we're using social on our WordPress blog and for the first to month, the fbcomments were pushed back to wp, but since 4 weeks or so wp does not receive any comments from fb. I did reset the fb wp connection but had no luck.
can you help me? since social is the only plugin that really works for our needs.

Hi there,
I have installed this plugin on Tuesday 16/10/2012 and it does broadcast effectively to Facebook and Twitter. However, it's not fetching comments from Facebook or Twitter. Can you help me solving this issue?

I've having the same problem - none of my Facebook comments are being fetched back to the website.
I'm not seeing this - several comments imported from Facebook as expected for me today:

Perhaps something got fixed in version 2.6 - try the latest.

Alex, this isn't working as expected for me, although it's possible that I'm not understanding it properly.
For example, I posted a comment on my post and I ticked the box to share on facebook. Several people replied to that comment on facebook. Should those replies not get pulled back and displayed on the blog?

Edited to add additional information: The original post was NOT broadcast to fb via the Social plugin due to the lack of the share link. The COMMENT that is being replied to, however, WAS broadcast to fb via social, so shouldn't replies be pulled in?

Never mind... I just did some testing and answered my own question. I used Social to broadcast the post to facebook and comments on THAT fb post were brought into WP fine. And, interestingly, the share link was there! So, I will use social to broadcast my next post and see if everything works as expected. :)
