[Plugin: Social Discussions] Twitter button is not align with other buttons

I have install your Social Discussion 5.4.0 in my wp 3.2.1 site.

I use manual placement for single post.
Example single post: http://gaharuku.com/khasiat-teh-gaharu/

As you can see on that page, the twitter button is not align with other buttons. Twitter button is slightly lower than the rest.
Is there any fix to this problem?

My second question is: How to disable email button? I do not need the email button since I am only focus on social buttons.
