   I've read a lot of requests to this case, but so far nobody could give an answer to this question:

   How do I use a Short-Link instead of the whole URL for Sociable?

   For YOURL there exist a fantastic tool, which creates automatically a Short-Link. This URL is written in the custom field: yourls_shorturl

   How to include (generally) a Link from a custom-field to Sociable?

   The 'la petite url' plugin does something similar to YOURL, but comes up with a php function that can easily be incorporated into your side. However, I don't know how to incorporate it into sociable.
