I have installed the plugin, it's on the page but when I click on it a page comes up that says:

I am the Gatekeeper! Are you the Keymaster? (api_key)

I have my API key saved.
I also tried from my husbands computer and it came up as an error page.
I really have little to no knowledge of css code...so very step by step instruction would be appreciated!

    Thanks

Could you tell us more on the problem? What's the plugin name?

Sorry, I thought this was the thread for the Sociable plugin -

my site is http://www.naturalmomlovesprada.com and the links are showing up fine but when you click on them I get the message above and on another computer an error page.

Hmm this seems more like an awe.sm issue than an issue with Sociable, are you still experiencing this? I'll dispatch Jonathan from awe.sm over to this thread.

That is the error if you supply an invalid awe.sm API Key. I'd be happy to help trouble-shoot via email (support[at]awe.sm).

Also, you can still get Google Analytics tracking even without having an awe.sm API Key. Just enable awe.sm in the Sociable settings and leave the awe.sm API Key field blank. The links Sociable generates will be encoded in a way that shows up in Google Analytics tagged with the service to which they were sent.
