   A Smart YouTube PRO default thumbnail image - ".../plugins/smart-youtube//img/default.jpg" - is being placed in all category archive pages with excerpts.
   This is happening on WP 3.21 and a local install of WP 3.3-RC1-19537.
   I'm also running Thumbnail for Excerpts plugin, but the problem just began with the Smart YouTube Pro update.

   I think i found a workaround - just set "Show embeds in post excerpts as Nothing" in the Smart YouTube PRO settings

   A bug fix release to 4.02 is now available rectifying the problem, plus added an "Align embeds in post excerpts to..." option.
