Jigoshop is the cleanest, most feature-rich ecommerce set there is for WP. Could you please release your spectacular plugin for that? Thanks!

    Hi,

Thank you for great feedback about the plugin.

Currently, this is not in our plan. And we are working on further improvement of Smart Manager, so, it is very difficult in near future, but we'll consider it, we'll do small research on every aspect about Jigoshop like number of users, feasibility in development etc. But definitely it'll take a lot of time.

The other option could be switching to WooCommerce ( if possible ).

    Thank you.

    Thanks Ratnakar.

Based on your recommendation to switch to WooCommerce, are you suggesting that your plugin works with WooCommerce?

    Thanks!

Sorry, yes it says in the description that WooCommerce is indeed supported. Thanks!

Another question then -- can I somehow integrate this easily with an Excel file? Some of my shop owners prefer to work with Excel only.

    Thanks.

    Hi,

Can you please tell us what exactly you want to do with excel, do you want to import product using excel file or want to export product's details in excel format?

Right now, Smart Manager can only export product's, customer's & order's details that are visible in Smart Manager & the exported file format will be CSV only, but you can open CSV file in MS Excel.

Any kind of batch import is currently not supported in Smart Manager.

For any further query about Smart Manager, feel free to ask.

    Thank you.

There's CSV import for WooCommerce. So we're cool, as long as Smart Manager does not "take over" the product listing. There's a separate menu item right? So if I wish, I can edit the products as usual (in WordPress woocommerce theme) but also Smart Manager from time to time -- is this correct?

If yes, then I can just do CSV importing into WooCommerce default. Then hopefully those products will show up in Smart Manager.

    Yes?

    Hi,

    Yes, you are absolutely right.

Smart Manager can be accessed through separate menu item.

You can edit products as usual in WordPress woocommerce theme, & also you can edit those products from Smart Manager from time to time.

If you'll do CSV importing into WooCommerce default, all those product will be visible in Smart Manager.

    Thank you.
