   After installing the Sliding Panel in the Hybrid theme, it basically disables the Page links at the top of the page.

   I had the same problem, different theme. My page links are set at the very top of the page, and they become unclickable/unhighlightable.

   I don't feel like changing all sorts of code to reposition my header/bg image, so I had to pass on this plugin.

   I figured out the problem (sort of). You would need to look in the css to limit the invisible width to a small area of px instead of across the entire screen width.
