   Hello
   I am using
   slideshow gallery
   http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/slideshow-gallery/

   the gallery is showing but the thumbnails are not created..
   I see blank squares with no thumbnails
   does someone have a solution?

   Same thing happening!
   humbnails are not created. The plugin tries to load the filname-thumb.jpg file, by they are not there.
   Any problem with 1.1 version with the 3.3.1 WordPress version?

   I've had the same problem since I updated to wordpress to 3.3.2.

   Got same problem.
   Fix is - file wp-content/plugins/slideshow-gallery/models/slide.php

   Line: 90, 91

   Put there code instead existing:

   image_resize($imagefull, 100, 75, true, 'thumb', ABSPATH, 90 );
   image_resize($imagefull, 50, 50, true, 'small', ABSPATH, 90 );

   Thank you for your posts.

   We have integrated TimThumb for cropping/resizing of thumbnails and other images on the fly in the latest v1.2 which was just released.

   Please try it out and let us know if it is better now :)

   I just downloaded this yesterday and then re-downloaded after reading about the new version today. The main images only show up when I have auto-slideshow on, and the thumbnails do not show at all. I have no other plugins, am running WP 3.3.2, am on FireFox 12, wp_head() is included....and that's all I can think of, haha. Any help will be much appreciated!

   I just downloaded and installed this morning.

   No thumbnails in the slide show and when I look at the uploads folder it doesn't look like they were created.

    Thank you for your post.

    Did you get the latest v1.2.2.1 ?
    There was an upgrade of TimThumb to fix broken images.

    Yes, I installed via the Plugins off of my dashboard and it provided me with Version 1.2.2.1

    It is working for me when I use thumbnails in params instead of using showthumbs.

    I have also same problem. when im uploading a image in slide the preview is broken image. also when i enable show thumbnail, there is no thumb in slideshow. i download the latest slideshow gallery 1.2.3.2

    Yup, both problems would indicate a TimThumb issue.

    Go to Slideshow > Configuration.
    There is a TimThumb testing tool which gives you a link and will describe the problem.

    Hello all,

    I using the latest 1.2.3.2 slideshow gallery for the website:
    http://www.konstantoglou.gr/

    The gallery was working ok a month ago, but now i have the same problem: no thumbs, no image navigation arrows, even if i have activated them correctly through the configuration panel.

    You can see the problem here:
    (only image - no thumbs - no arrows)

    Furthermore, i tried to change permissions to 755 as mentioned in the forum, also without success...

    What is the matter? Please guide/help...

    Hi Dimitris

    Here are some problems:

    1. The gallery-css.php file cannot load: http://screencast.com/t/XpfDSC1jsCtA . The URL is http://www.konstantoglou.gr/wp/wp-content/plugins/slideshow-gallery/css/gallery-css.php . Can you ask the hosting provider?

    2. Images (thumbnails) aren't loading, same problem: http://screencast.com/t/D5nj6rexOk6 . The URL is: http://www.konstantoglou.gr/wp/wp-content/plugins/slideshow-gallery/vendors/timthumb.php

    I guess both are related to permissions or security and the hosting provider should be able to tell you why those files cannot be executed.
