[Plugin: SlideShare] Default Width not working (MU 2.7.1)

    First I’d like to say thanks for your plugin.

    I am on WordPress MU 2.7.1
    When I try and change the Default Width setting, all I see is:

    Are you sure you want to do this?

    Please try again.

    And the default width is not changed.
