   Not quite sure - other similar plugins show the sidebar but not this one.

   Do you have a link I can take a look at otherwise its difficult to fix your problem

   Hey remix4, same thing happens to me. I see it fine on my end (latest versions of Safari, Chrome and Firefox) but I get Windows people telling me they don't see my site even loading. http://www.chatchow.tv/

   OK confused ... what exactly is the problem then?

   The buttons appear OK to me in most of the major browsers
