This is a fantastic plugin! I'm so glad to discover there are other Slick plugins, because I want more.

I am having an issue with the form first appearing in my widget box and then moving. I have read your FAQ on this exact issue and inserted the code:

    '.slick-form {display: none;}'
    '.dc-contact-content .slick-form {display: block;}'

    into style.css for my theme.

However, this didn't solve the issue. No noticeable change occurred at all. I'd prefer not to use the "below the fold" method because my page is short and simple. There really isn't space for that.

    Hi,

Technically the above code has to work since its basically hiding the form using CSS and will only show it again after jQuery has wrapped it with the dc-contact-content tag.

In the above code there are single quote marks wrapped around both CSS rules - are these also in your CSS code or have they just been inserted by the text editor?

Otherwise try removing the 2nd rule and check if the form appears so we can at least see if the CSS is working

    Thanks for the quick response.

The quote marks above were inserted just in this post, but not the coding. I was intending to use backticks as suggested in the WP post markup.

I have tried your test by coding .slick-form {display: none;} into the styles.css for the theme. (is that the right place?) I assume it can be inserted anywhere in the styles.css?

The form still appears briefly in the widget box and then moves just as before. No change
