   I have install the Skype plug in WP and it's work fine. Then i test on a other PC, it work with Safari (5.1x) and Firefox (3.6.x) but with IE 8.0x not.
   Any time, IE open a window and like to download a new Skype client . But is install all ready (Skype 4.2.0.169 for Windows, just download). I have restart , but any time the same come up.
   OS = Windows 7.

   Any Idea?

   Please let my know, thanks

   Thanks, Andreas, for reporting this. I have no Windows 7 PC to test with but I will look into it. The script that is used in this plugin is writen/provided by Skype itself. There might be a newer version available... If so, I'll incorporate it in my plugin immediately :)

   Andreas, could you please test the latest development release from http://downloads.wordpress.org/plugin/skype-online-status.zip on Windows7 for me? Thanks :)
