[Plugin: Site Creation Wizard] Page not found

    I installed and activated the plugin. When I selected create new site, it took me to another page and I received this error:
    Not Found

    Apologies, but the page you requested could not be found. Perhaps searching will help.
    Search for:

    And below that was this:
    Not Found

    The requested URL /musings/index.php was not found on this server.

    Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
