   Hello Ovidiu,
   SimpleTick is a really large application that took over 3 years to develop. There's both a SaaS and Download Edition.
   We plan to release both a free hosted version and a free download edition this Fall.

   There is nothing wrong with all this except that it should be stated somewhere in the plugin description :-)
