  • Please use the form at simplereach.com to register for an account. Or you can also register through the plugin. Please upgrade to version 0.7.6.

The form at simplereach is just a form to add my email, for a sign-up for early access, nothing more. This is NO registration form! I’ve added there my email, but nothing happened :-/////
And I do have the newest plugin version!

Have you tried logging in with those same credentials through the plugin? If that does not work please send a support ticket with your email address and domain to support*at*simplereach.com and we will assist you. Do NOT post your info on this public forum.

    I also haven’t rec’d anything from Simple Reach 🙁

    any solution please?

by the way when i try to register using the “early access” thing in simplereach.com it says invalid URL

    thanks

To anyone having login issues, please send an email to support -at- simplereach.com with the domain you are trying to register so that we may investigate this issue.

why not simply provide a working registration form at simplereach.com instead of this “early access” announcement there :-/////
    That’s the problem, nothing else.
And for what should it be necessary, to register at your site at all?
Other plugins of this kind work without any registering, too!!!
Bad plugin, can only give 1 star – if any!

Same here – was looking forward to getting this functionality on my site – but major fail forcing a sign up to use it.

I can understand the desire to do this, but at the very least, make sure it works!!

Maybe it would be better to ask for a tweet/Plus one/FB Like within the plugin settings welcome page, to reveal top tips or something like that.
(no charge for that idea 🙂 )

Please send an email to support -at- simplereach.com with domain ou are trying to register. I do realize that we have an issue, but we are also receiving hundreds of new accounts each day. Please use the support email so that we may troubleshoot your problem.

signing in for an update on when it’s fixed, email sent to support.

Are we still unable to use this plugin in much easier method?
