jimarioSMCF was working perfectly and then all of a sudden this error started happening. I upgraded to SMCF v1.2.7 and still got the error. My site is http://choochooclan.com and the link to open the form is at the top at the link called "Email Us". Please help!
p.s. I've downgraded back to 1.2.6 because of the original customizations done.
