   Hey Eric,

   Great plugin, really appreciate your hard work.

   I have tried to place the post title in the subject with one of your other support responses, but that kept returning: Page Title: 1

   All I am trying to do is to get some kind of identifying information about where the form was sent from such as the post title, the post id or the URL if possible.

   Appreciate any help you give me and thank you again for such a great plugin 5* :)
