[Plugin: SimpleMap Store Locator] premium support not showing up please help

Purchased SimpleMap premium support form the site and downloaded the plugin and upload it to the site and the premium support feature doest activate I’ve sent info@fullthrottledevelopment.com an email but no response , so excuse me for posting here.

Has any one else had the same problem?
