I can't add a location. The javascript behind the submit button isn't working.
If I leave the name blank I get the message 'Please enter a name.'. But that's the only message I get.
I can edit the locations and add categories.
I have a entered in the past about 300 locations. None of them turns up if I query the map on :

Java console message :
Uncaught ReferenceError: codeNewAddress is not defined
If I uncomment <!-- <input type="submit" class="button-primary" value="<?php _e('Add Location', 'SimpleMap') ?>" /> --> I can add a location

Problem was caused by the map_width variable. I changed it from map_width=100%25 into map_width=100.
I found the bug by comparing the same Simplemap url from http://woningkopenfrankrijk.nl with the Simplemap url of http://www.housebuyingfrance.co.uk and started adding (and testing) the variables.
The difference between these 2 sites is the hosting provider. Could that be the cause ?

Thanks for using the plugin. No, the plugin should work across hosts. Unfortunately there's a lot to do under the hood still (we just took over development this summer). Just posted an update here: https://simplemap.tenderapp.com/discussions/problems/89-december-1-2010-status-update
