   Great Plugin, but I could not find a way to show the Sidebar-Navigation on selected posts AND Pages.
   It was no Problem to select a series of posts (either by ID or category) where a specific navigation shows up, but is there any possibillity to add a single page to this series of posts?

   You should be able to do it by specific page/post ID. Make sure you select the type of the page correctly (i.e. page or post) and enter its ID. I think it might not work if you mismatch post with page ID and vice versa.
