    Hi there,

Really like your plugin : )

I am trying to incorporate this into my current theme (im using openhouse from Themeforest - http://themeforest.net/item/-openhouse-real-estate-and-automotiv-car-dealership-bundle/full_screen_preview/104662)

I have added the plugin to the custom theme listings and it appears fine. However im not sure how to set the location so it appears automatically show the map for the current listing.

The current theme has an address field in the listing template, this address field feeds the current google map.

is there any way i can use this address field (in my current theme) to populate the current location for this plugin?

    Many thanks in advance

    Paul

    Hi Paul,

the plugin requires coordinates (latitude and longitude) as well. If you look at the installation instructions http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/simple-real-estate-pack-4/installation/ there is an example of the parameters that need to be preset within the custom templates (section: Using SRP Neighborhood Profiles in Custom Templates). You can probably add coordinates as custom fields and pass them to the function that way.

Max, thank you so much for your fantastic work. You're very generous with your time and expertise.

Could you please point me in the direction of how I can learn to do this: "You can probably add coordinates as custom fields and pass them to the function that way."

I too would love to have a search feature that the SRP can pull from to display in real time.

    Thanks!

@sobesocial - if you have some programming skills, then it shouldn't be complicated. You can use the code from section "Using SRP Neighborhood Profiles in Custom Templates". To populate lat and lng parameters from the custom fields, you can use this function get_post_meta($post->ID, 'lat', true) - where 'lat' is the key for latitude of your custom field. The same thing for longitude. Hope this helps.
