neighborhood profile widget (2 posts)

    Hi, i just added the SREP plugin , and did the configurations in my dashboard to add all the required API's.

    i did not however, install the GRE plugin-
    my issue is, doest the SREP come with the neighborhood profile widget, that i can put on my sidebar, just like I added the other widgets it came with, such as the mortgage widget, etc ?

    please advise ?

    Hi Dave,

    You can generate a neighborhood profile shortcode by creating a blank page, then click on the little map icon in the formatting panel at the top of the editor, enter all the data and check the box for the Neighborhood Profile. I would not recommend inserting it into a sidebar because it won't fit there. The Neighborhood Profiles were intended for pages.

    BTW, the mortgage calculator in your sidebar does not work. I checked your source code and it appears that none of the javascript files that come with the plugin are being loaded in the footer. I don't know exactly why, but it seems to be the theme's issue, since there are no scripts of any kind in the footer. The theme has to have wp_footer(); function in the template. You might want to ask the theme support about it.
