    Hi Max,

Thanks for your response. Here is a sample link on her listings page, wherein the location map is showing US states:

When I enter the address into maps.google.com it shows approximate location... I have a feeling that the coordinates were detected incorrectly and therefore it shows incorrect location. Enter the coordinates manually (you can look them up at maps.google.com via the link sharing option in the right upper corner) instead of acquiring them automatically.

I'm having the same problem. Where do I enter the manual coordinates?

@AmyLF - are you getting wrong coordinates on a property listing that you entered via Great Real Estate plugin? Or did you embed a map/neighborhood widget directly into a page/post? In first case, the coordinates fields will be at the bottom of the "edit" page of your listing - you can copy and paste them there. In second case, you can re-insert your map/neighborhood widget by clicking on an icon in the editor panel and then instead of clicking "Get Coordinates" button within the widget settings, simply add the manually into the respective fields.

    Hope this makes sense.

    Hi Max,
It's the Simple Real Estate Packx.
Here's a link to the page where I'm having the problem:http://www.christopherthomson.com/listing/65-509-port-street-east/
You'll see the map near the bottom of the page

@AmyLFT - the previous user that had address issue was also in Canada. When you edit your listing there should be latitude and longitude fields at the bottom of the listing editor page. You can populate those fields manually with the desired coordinates.

You can also try changing the address to

509-65 Port Street East Mississauga, ON L5G 4P3

This may be a silly question, but where do I find the latitude/longitude numbers on google maps?

@AmyLFT - go to maps.google.com - enter the address of the location you're looking for. Zoom in just close enough into the map that you can click exactly on the point you're interested in. Click right mouse button on the area you're interested in - a contextual menu will pop-up. Select "What's here?" option and it will expose latitude and longitude of that location in the search bar at the top of the map. They will be separated by comma. Simply copy and paste the fist value into latitude field and the second (with the minus sign) into the longitude field (including the "-" sign, but not the comma).

    Hope this helps :)

It is - there was a problem with the back end, so I got a programmer to look at it.
    Thanks for all your help!
