Hoping to find out how to change the width of the widgets, need to get it to be around 190 vs it's current settings... any help would be MUCH appreciated!

Shortcodes for calculator widgets have width parameter. To view all available shorcodes and they syntax, go to Real Estate Pack in the dashboard and expand "Available Shortcodes" option just below the General Settings.
For example, you can use shortcode [mortgage width="190"] to output mortgage calculator widget 190px wide.
