   I was using JH-Portfolio before, and I had uploaded a substantial amount of images with it. They're all in the Media Library, but your plugin only allows new uploads from what I can tell. Do I really need to re-upload everything?

   I am also in the same situation.
   Having spend a long time previously uploading and managing the media library I don't really want to do it all again... or to have two copies of every file on the website. Is there a way to use the existing media library content with simple portfolio?

   I have the same concern. I have seen other plugins that utilize the existing Media Library, such as Taxonomy Images. Can the same not be done for Simple Portfolio?
